Multi Directional Routing

 

The RS800 is a truly versatile workstation, capable of helping you in so many ways. It makes light work of dovetails, tenon joints, half laps, angled half laps, multi angle inlays, through routing, recessed routing, bevelled edging with inlay into the bevel, fine detail routing and so much more. Any length of material (with suitable supports) can be fed through the system.

 

Forward Machining

 

The Router Cradle slides front to back giving a maximum working movement of 420mm and movement can be restricted with fitted stops.

 

Sideways Machining

 

The Router Carriage Frame can travel along the length of the work table giving a maximum movement of 440mm and can be locked in any position by either the central locking nut or with the fitted stops.

 

Material Depth

 

Various material depths are easily catered for with the Rise and Fall function of the Work Table. With the release of the single action lock, the Work Table can be raised or lowered to fit material varying in depth from 1mm to 410mm.

 

Large Materials

 

Larger material can also be machined by releasing the Extension Arms, moving them to the side and placing the large work piece on the adjustable base supports. A maximum of 870mm depth is available.
